Class Description:

The course introduces the way of affirmative prayer. It will also provide traditional Unity definitions of prayer and will assist you in creating your own prayer definition.

You will be supported in your actual prayer discipline.

You will be given the opportunity to explore your own prayer life and attitude.

You will learn to apply the successful steps of centering prayer as a way to enter the Silence process.

Students will develop a daily prayer journal and create a successful prayer practice to enrich their lives.
